About
Hi, I'm Juliano.
I'm a software engineer with 10+ years in tech and a Master's in Cybersecurity earned in France. Today I'm Co-Founder & CTO of Bloom Alternance in Paris, and I take on freelance projects across web, mobile, AI and DevOps.
My path is unusually broad — and that's the point. I started in IT, running server rooms, networks and support. I moved into mobile development, shipping secure banking apps for Saradar Bank (Lebanon) and Al Rajhi Bank (Riyadh, with Deloitte Digital). From there I grew into full-stack and cloud, building platforms end to end.
So when we work together, you get one engineer who understands the whole system — from the infrastructure up to the interface — and who has shipped production software for banks, where clean, secure and reliable isn't optional.
